描述
The name derives from a farm whose owners provided shelter for ageing priests who
were no longer able to work in their parishes, a sort of “convent”. Later the name took
on the meaning of “hill of wind”. It is created with the idea of representing the
refreshing breeze from the Mediterranean, bringing a bit of saltiness and giving a
pleasant freshness in the mouth. The wine was first produced in 1985 and production
is a limited to 4,000 bottles per year.
